| Jim, been with you for nearly 20 years! Our cars & 3 teenager cars . Havers is outstanding here in Elkhorn. Rueben is a 20 out of 10! Just excellent! Can?t thing of the guy who retired a a few years back but same rating for him! Maybe he was your brother to you - I am a person that has hard time with names. Dan at the desk is great here at Elkhorn. Yes I have spent money with Havrers but you folks have also saved me money doing maintenance at appropriate times. Ex - last week I had my CRV in and thought it was time to change all fluids. Rueben checked them over & said hey some looked good plus he checked his documentation & I had done them a couple years back & he told me I could wait for another 10 - 20,000 miles! Which I am. That is saving your customer money! Best mechanics & great staff! I do all auto work with Havers! Your loaner car offering is easy & outstanding benefit for us customers! Awesome! Convenience is key in today?s world!! If I need to drive many miles I fill up your loaners before I return them! That?s how much I appreciate that service. Keep up the great service! | Best mechanics in town. Have been taking our vehicles here for years. Gives me that ?small town? reliable shop in the city vibe from their trustworthiness and honesty! Always appreciate the thorough explanations of what was done when needed and that they let us know if they happen to see anything else that could be done, but don?t make us feel pressured to make a decision on the spot. Also appreciate that they have a courtesy vehicle to use when needed so that I don?t have to take a day off when my car needs to be there all day. |
